H2750 6 in. Aluminum LED Recessed Lighting Housing for New Construction Shallow Ceiling, T24 Rated, IC Rated, Air-Tite by Halo

The H2750ICAT is a dedicated LED new construction housing for use in shallow ceilings where 2×6 joist constructions is used. The H2750ICAT is designed to fit in shallow insulated ceilings and can be in direct contact with ceiling insulation. It is an AIR-TITE, ASTM E283 tested housing designed to prevent air flow between occupied spaces and unconditioned areas. The LED connection is non-screw base to preserve the high efficacy rating of the luminaire as used with the compatible Halo or All-Pro LED modules.

• Air-Tite rated design meets restricted air flow code requirements which prevents airflow between attic and living areas and saves on both heating and air conditioning costs
• Compatible with a wide variety of 6 in. LED retrofit trims but is best with Halo quality RL, RA, SLD, LT, SMD and ML series models (Bulb free with some having a 45 year LED lifespan)
• LED module connection: this non-screw-base LED connection preserves the high efficacy rating of the luminaire
• Listed for damp location when used with dedicated wet rated recessed lights
• Got-nail: pre-installed nail easily installs in regular lumber, engineered lumber and laminated beams
• Slide-N-side junction box: connectors allow non-metallic sheathed cable for both U.S. and Canada to be installed without tools
• Die-formed housing and plaster frame
• 3 “Quick Connect” connectors eliminate the need for separate wire nuts – simply strip supply wires and push in
